Welcome to the official blog of The Bradley Barn—where the chaos is charming, the pets are plenty, and the noise level lands somewhere between “cheerful commotion” and “did a petting zoo explode?”

We’re the Bradley crew, and we’re beyond excited to throw open our (virtual) barn doors and invite you in. We’ve got kids, critters, and a whole lot of love in this wild and wonderful life of ours.

Meet the stars of this delightfully messy show:

👨🔧 Scott – Dad, builder, fixer, and full-time goofball. He’s the muscle of the family and the reigning tickle monster champion. By day he works hard and leads with strength; by night he’s buried under a pile of giggling kids. Rock solid with a heart of gold (and maybe a chicken or two riding shotgun in the truck).

👩 Whitney – Mama, multitasker, and chaos coordinator. She’s the queen of lists, schedules, snacks—and runs on Diet Dew and Monster Energy (because sleep is a luxury and coffee is for amateurs). Whether wrangling kids, critters, or a rogue chicken, she’s the one who keeps it all (mostly) together with love and laughter.

🧒 Ben (7) – Our resident video gamer pro and aspiring YouTuber. When he’s not leveling up in his favorite games, he’s diving into science books or conducting “experiments” with whatever he can find around the house. He’s got a brain full of curiosity, a heart full of kindness, and a soft spot for snuggling every pet in sight—furry, feathery, or slimy.

🎀 Reece (almost 5) – Lover of sparkles, capes, and all things pink. Reece is a twirling, glitter-sprinkling force of nature—part superhero, part princess, and all heart. Whether she’s organizing a dance party or leading a make-believe rescue mission, she brings energy, imagination, and just the right amount of sass to the Barn.

👶 Jonathan (almost 3) – Cute as a button and twice as mischievous. Equal parts cuddles and chaos, he’s a tiny tornado with a smile that could get him out of any kind of trouble. (And trust us—he gets into plenty.)

🍼 Soon-to-be Adopted Baby Boy –We will be adopting our foster placement 2025!

 

Also starring our beloved barnyard brigade:

🐶 Dogs (several) – Tails wagging, tongues lolling, hearts full. Basically our furry, four-legged therapy squad.

🐱 2 Cats – Regal, aloof, and plotting world domination from the top of the fridge.

🐓 Chickens – Loud, dramatic, and suspiciously organized. Like feathered mean girls with a group chat.

🦎 Axolotls – Our smiley little alien-fish-things. Because why not?

Plus a steady stream of foster pets, surprise rescues, and whatever animal Ben finds fascinating that week.

This blog is where we’ll share the behind-the-scenes of life in the Barn—parenting, fostering, homesteading, pet escapades, heartfelt moments, and plenty of laughs (and probably a few Monster-fueled rants).
